Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production within a short time. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.

Please double‑check your personalisation details before checkout, as changes may not be possible once production begins.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the production partner used.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, or customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. This is because different products may be produced at different Printify facilities.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery

  • Only the product cost may be refunded

  • Reshipment may require an additional fee


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier. Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Peak seasonal periods


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or refund.


International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
